What if the custom order is not the same as ordered?
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchange. Before the product delivered to you, the team will show the material after the approval of the customer it will be sent to the manufacturer to finish it up with the details. Customers are required to share the accurate details, as custom made jackets will not follow any return or exchange policy.
